How to remove a splinter is unlikely, many experienced unpleasant sensations from a stuck splinter. The second option can be useful when the splinter is deep enough or it is inconvenient to get it. In this case, the place where the splinter is stuck is well lubricated with olive oil (other vegetable oil is also suitable). Stick a sticky tape on the oiled area. After a few hours, when the adhesive tape needs to be removed, the splinter will either come out itself, or it can be easily removed.
